All adult ladies' articles should be eighth grade level minimum.

The Young Ladies' minimum grade level is 5th grade.


One article minimum is due each quarter. If you do not turn your article in by the last day of each quarter by midnight then you will be deleted without notice. If you have special problems that keep you from writing then contact me and let me know what is going on. I do understand there are times when we just can't... send mail to wh-info@womenhunters.com or call 803 475-2250 office

You should submit only content which belongs to you.

Content of your articles should not be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive in any manner. Please use caution & common sense.

Use integrity in your descriptions, graphics, pictures, and other content.

Each writer is ultimately responsible for making sure that no written articles contain nudity, obscene, indecent, or defamatory remarks or incites racial or ethnic hatred or violates the rights of others.

"Overkill" is another issue which should be eliminated from your articles. Be cautious in the description of your kill, even if you did shoot the animal a dozen times and it was "full of holes"....This description is not appropriate!

Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate any of these rules will be brought to the attention of the webmaster and appropriate measures will be taken.

It has come to my attention that we need a Privacy Policy... You may not earn money with us as you do with a job but you are donating your time and your writing to our WomenHunters Organization.  We are a 501(c4) Non-Profit Corporation and just like any other company we have a right to keep our private information private and expect you to do the same thing even though you have connections with other organizations.  I do want you to realize that I am very happy for you to be involved with all the companies and organizations that you want to be BUT here is what you have to remember... I expect you to remain loyal to each one and to remember the boundaries of privacy... There are things you just do not tell period... I may share things with you that are going on at WomenHunters that I do not want leaked out until we release a Press Release... I also want you to know I expect you to remain just as loyal to your other organizations. If you can not remain loyal to WomenHunters I ask you not to join our staff... or resign at this time.

As a rule WomenHunters NEVER releases private information on any of their writers or staff members and that any member of the staff who is found guilty of sharing emails, addresses, or phone numbers without permission will be dismissed immediately.  And this includes forwarding email with other writers email addresses attached."

Anyone found releasing information about WomenHunters® before requested information was due to be released will also be dismissed immediately.

I do not want our staff email group list used to discuss problems... this just creates problems and for everyone and confusion within the whole organization.  If you have something you want to send to our staff group email you have to ok it through me first... We have a group staff email list for those that want to get email and if you want to send out something you have a gripe about or something use it... Everyone does not want to get all of these emails...  Think of them!!!
